There is no subtitles, but main concept is, boy talking with some girl and show little masturbating. Then girl start to blackmail, to see more, or she show video every contact and school. Mon show up room and check messages etc… Just like short movie “On The Mountains 2018” (can find here).

I was also hunting for subtitles; I did not find anything but I did learn a few things about this short and Norway in general.
I also asked myself… if Norway truly is a progressive country… Why blur out some of the dialogue in the texts?
Because it was not important to show exactly what the boy was told to do (the presumption was for him to ejaculate for the camera). His hormones and ego (constantly being called “sexy”) were originally calling the shots — and he realized that fact even before he was extorted… He just wanted to sleep. Had this been a “true peer” encounter… there would have been a mutual respect and understanding, be no pressure, no issues… and no crime. Thank goodness that he had the guts to trust his mom and his mom had the love, patience and compassion to properly access the situation and calm the kid down.
The short was made as a PSA in Norway as a way to draw attention to a free chat/phone/text hotline built specifically for kids (and concerned adults) who have a need to talk about things that made them feel hopeless to the point of suicide. “It hurts to hear ten-year-olds talk about not wanting to live.”
Per usual: Norway (and all of Scandinavia) are lightyears ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to kids rights and human rights in general. They have found that contrary to conventional wisdom, talking about and dealing with sex leads to kids who become healthy adults with less hang-ups that the rest of the world.
Proof? Teen birth rates and teen suicides in the United States are over five times higher than in Norway… And they not only have the lowest prison population per capita in the world but also the lowest crime rates.
There is German made movie “Homevideo 2011”. That (full length) movie tell same kind of story much harder ending. Found here and it is still in nitroflare.
