Storyline:
In this adaptation of the Thomas Mann novel, avant-garde composer Gustave Aschenbach (loosely based on Gustav Mahler) travels to a Venetian seaside resort in search of repose after a period of artistic and personal stress. But he finds no peace there, for he soon develops a troubling attraction to an adolescent boy, Tadzio, on vacation with his family. The boy embodies an ideal of beauty that Aschenbach has long sought and he becomes infatuated. However, the onset of a deadly pestilence threatens them both physically and represents the corruption that compromises and threatens all ideals.
Maurice is a French teenager who escaped France and begins working at a hype club in Brooklyn called BIZARRE. He quickly becomes a sort of ‘mascot’ of this incredible club.The owner and the artists that perform there love him, but Maurice can’t love…because of the past…and his secrets.

Storyline:
It is the end of the First Schleswig War and we follow the lives of two young boys living in a rural part of Denmark. Their dad along with the baron’s son, Didrich returns home as veterans. The dad sustained a leg wound and Didrich possibly got PTSD. In a modern story arch, a young girl Claudia is sent to help an old Baron.
Xavi goes down to his family holiday home in Spain where he meets his best friends. As a gang they enter a race to win the magic tree house where Xavi can wish for his Dad to come back after his parents split and his mum re-marries. During the holiday Xavi learns about love for girls and learns how to accept his step dad after lying to his friends. And as a gang they build a cart that will hopefully win the race.

Plot
For the two 13-year-old blood-brothers Alex and Ferry, Hitler’s war is an exciting game – which is not surprising since they live in a backwater town ignored by the Allied bombers. The only thing that’s more interesting than watching enemy planes fly past is the burning desire to discover the secrets of sexuality with the fiery Rosa. But then bombs actually do start falling on their little town – and the boys are sent to a Czech spa to wait out the end of the war. Blessed with a beautiful singing voice, Alex joins the boys’ choir, insisting that Ferry join it too – blood-brothers share everything! But trouble is afoot when Alex replaces the “Hitler Youth” watchdog as lead soloist. Worse yet is another problem they have to contend with: Alex learns that he’s Jewish! Claire lives with her wealthy adopted parents in a luxurious and isolated house in the woods. She discovers a wounded and bleeding boy her age in her family’s garden shed. The boy is a young drug courier from Afghanistan; shot and wounded after serving his purpose as human packing material. Claire decides to keep the boy a secret. He slowly recovers under her care; and they fall in love. When the drug dealers return and Claire’s family is due to move back to the city; they decide to flee; though Claire finds it difficult to outrun her past as an abandoned child.
