Plot:

Felix, the lucky one: Where other literary “confessions” look back on a stony path of character formation, the title hero of Thomas Mann’s picaresque novel tells his self-satisfied, sincere and free from any remorse in his life. At the turn of the century Felix grew up as the son of sparkling wine producer Krull (Klaus Schwarzkopf). Already as a young lad he learns to master the keyboard of social rituals with great mastery and comes to the realization: The world wants to be cheated!
