The opening shot of Nito in the corner of the shower was very nice. Nito got into some interesting situations where he saw and felt some nice things that others might not have experienced, but he did so because of his retardation. In the closing scene we see him slip into bed with his sleeping mother. While some might frown on this, I instead am all for Nito finding the warmth and closeness of another human body against his.
