You should choose “Sendemitschnitte zur privaten Nutzung” which means (Broadcast recordings for private use) and enter the film title in the second line, rolltreppe abwärts (1990).
I already ordered it and it cost me 40 Eur. You can order it either as a digital download or DVD. it works
i won’t share my copy but i can confirm you it is interesting
