Storyline:
Elias is a young man who lives with his father, Frank, in a house out in the middle of nowhere. There, their lives revolve around filling a mysterious hole that keeps reappearing in the floor of their living room. Filling the hole during the day, and spending the evenings unwinding, seems perfectly fine for Frank, but Elias starts to question the meaning behind this life that Frank has decided for them. As Elias’ weariness grows, he confronts his father about wanting to do something else. Frank is a stubborn man, though, and Elias’ rebellion soon sees them butting heads.

With no subtitles it should be listed as “Non-English no subtitles”. It makes not so much sense when you do not understand Danish.

I have always thought the same thing. It’s nice to categorize it as a “short” but Non-English, No Subs should be added to. I have wasted quite a bit of time and money downloading these.
Short movies tend to be on the weird side and this one is no exception. The movie isn’t subtitled and I don’t understand Danish so maybe I missed something but I don’t think so. A father and his son spend their days digging dirt on their farm to fill a big hole in their living room. Why the hole is there is a mystery and why, after they manage to fill it, it is suddenly empty again, is also a mystery. The father and son eventually go crazy which is understandable. An o.k. short film to watch but I won’t be back for seconds.
