User review:
I am not a fan of remakes. I don’t think there has ever been a remake that I have ever really liked. This is the one and only exception. I loved the original Child’s Play and I went into this movie expecting to hate it. I was wrong. I loved it. The acting is amazing, the story is fabulous, and this retelling of the story was done so well, there was really nothing about it that I didn’t like. Even if you are a fan of the original Child’s Play, I really believe you should give this new version a chance. I’m sure you will love it just as much as I did.

Gabriel Bateman is the best child actor I’ve ever seen in recent years. Most people flock on Stranger Things and IT, but they overlook such fine actors like Gabriel. His acting scale is huge. Although he has done a lot of horror, he is also a good comedian. I wish people would check his shows and movies. Such a phenomenal person!
